The Land Boarder Crossing Project (LBCP) will rebuild and modernizethe Regway Port of Entry (POE), Saskatchewan. The new facility will bereconstructed to meet current health and safety standards, corefunctional requirements, and will ensure employees at the facility areequipped with the modern tools and infrastructure required to serveCanada effectively. The POE will be positioned to readily incorporate new technologies andprocesses in the future, and right-sized for typical volumes and types oftraffic for the specific location.The new POE will be situated in the same location as the existing POEfacility.Construction phasing will be required to allow the POE to remainoperational while the new facility is being built.The existing POE building may be demolished prior to constructionof the new POE building. A temporary POE building may be required.The new facility is a Base X POE with a covered bi-level PIL Booth, anenclosed secondary inspection area, and a detached inspection garage.
