The services provided by the Prime Consultant will encompass basic activities such as interior design, landscape design, site planning, structural engineering with services such as mechanical and electrical engineering, specification writer and cost estimator as sub-consultants and/or in-house resources. The selected consultants shall provide a range of services as identified in the Required Services section the Terms of Reference (TOR) document for projects in the Pacific and Western Regions, excluding Comprehensive Land Claim Areas.
