The Department of National Defence (DND) requires Simulated Battlefield Training Support Services (SBTSS) to enable Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) members to practice and maintain essential operational and medical skills necessary for their deployment and operational readiness. The Contractor shall provide role players, make-up artists, special effects experts, and pyrotechnicians to support realistic simulated battlefield training. These services will be provided on an "as and when requested" basis to ensure flexibility in training scenarios.
