Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO) has a requirement for remediation work at the Canadian Coast Guard Victoria Base located at 25 Huron Street, Victoria, BC. The objective of the work is to renew specific building components that are currently underperforming to mitigate potential future water ingress and framing damage and to improve their performance. This includes targeted cladding, windows, lighting, and door remediation at the Buoy Maintenance building, with two (2) options for additional work (Workshops, and MEHR buildings) on the Victoria Base. Specification and details will be included and provided in Phase Two of the Invitation to Tender. Work is to be completed within 32 weeks from contract award.
