This is the first phase (Phase One) of a two-phase process: the first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all interested respondents; the second phase (Phase Two) will invite the qualified respondents to provide a financial and technical bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings which will be accessible through SAP Ariba. The qualification list will expire upon award of a contract in Phase Two and the prequalification list will not be used in any other solicitation.
