Canada’s Leopard 2 fleet consists of 11 Leopard 2 Armoured Recovery Vehicles (ARV). Canada is a full member of the LEOBEN (TLB Leopard 2 AGT and AGNu). Canada has signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for cooperation between other Leopard users concerning joint logistic support and further development for the Leopard Systems during its in-service support phase. Canada has also signed a Project Arrangement (PA) to participate and contribute to activities regarding the maintaining of a uniform configuration status and the execution of technical changes. The purpose of this Contract is to to cover Canada's share of the technical investigation and engineering services tasked to the Contractor during LEOBEN working groups.
