This procurement is a mandatory set aside under the federal government Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business. Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) requires a contractor to perform structural rehabilitation of the Wasauksing Swing Bridge located at Parry Sound, Ontario. The work includes but is not limited to the installation of additional exterior timber stringers, reinforcement of the Bent 14 cap beam, strengthening of the piles with steel angles; and reinforcement of Bent 18. The contractor must perform the work within 30 weeks of notification of award.
