The purpose of this General Contractor Standing Offer is to allow for the construction, alterations and urgent repair work, as and when required, at the following Correctional Service Canada Institutions; 1) Regional Psychiatric Centre – Saskatoon, Saskatchewan (multi-level security) and 2) Oskana Community Correctional Centre – Regina, Saskatchewan (minimum-security). The Statement of Work (SOW) has been developed to ensure that the Contractor has a clear understanding of the Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) Work scope, procedures, and services required to deliver the complete goods and services, within the agreed to price and schedule, upon SOA Call-up.
