    Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) intends to engage a General Contractor toprovide all labour, materials, equipment, and supervision required for the construction andinstallation of new fire alarm strobe lights at Correctional Service Canada (CSC) facilities inManitoba, including multiple buildings at Stony Mountain Institution.The Contractor’s scope will include installing strobe devices and associated conduit and wiring,integrating with existing fire alarm systems, making good all affected finishes, and completingtesting and/or verification, turnover documentation, and warranty services in accordance withthe contract documents. All work must be planned and executed within an active correctionalenvironment, in compliance with security, access, and phasing requirements, and withappropriate procedures for working in areas where hazardous materials (e.g., lead paint, mold)may be present.
