Building C16, with an overall floor area 2446 sq meters over 3 floors, provides programs to inmates. The upgrades include, but are not limited to:1. HVAC system replacement including air handling units, condensing units and hydronic heating system, 2. HVAC control system and connection to the Powerhouse, 3. Lighting and lighting control replacement, 4. Fire Alarm system installation and connection to the facility’s system, 5. Public Address replacement, 6. Modifications to the Power distribution system,7. New magnetic fire door locks.
