The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement to purchase and delivery of Ten (10) K9 Storm Aerial Insertion Vest to be delivered in RCMP, Surrey by March 31, 2026 as described in Annex- Statement of Requirement These vests to be used by Police Dog Services (PDS) who provide police dog support to operational units across Canada and within the Lower Mainland District (LMD) of E Division, BC. PDS handlers attached to Technical Support Group (TSG) is going to provide police dog support to the upcoming FIFA World cup 2026 being held in Vancouver BC. These vests will be sourced through a sole source contract. This product will enable PDS team attached to TSG profile to support operational activities in all environments and ensure public order and safety. The contractor, K9 Storm Inc., is the sole source of purchase based on compatibility to existing infrastructure and integration with other K9 Storm Aerial insertion vests already used within PDS. Mandatory delivery date for K9 Storm Aerial Insertion Vests is on or before March 31, 2026.
