Bird control services to be provided under this requirement comprises a of a bird control program utilizing a licensed Falconer with raptor species that are best suited to deter/reduce the presence of nuisance birds (i.e. gulls and pigeons). The objective of carrying out this bird control program is to manage the bird population that is doing, or in a position to cause damage to DND infrastructures at the following locations: HMC Dockyard, Halifax, NS; Stadacona, Halifax, NS; and Willow Park, Halifax, NS.
