The purpose of the Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) issued by The Ottawa Hospital (“TOH”) is seeking offers for the provision of Professional Services of Engineer Consultant (“Consultant”) to investigate and/or complete feasibility studies, design, tender, contract administration, construction administration, and closeout services related to any civil/structural related work on the parking garages and lots across any TOH owned or leased facility, as described in Appendix A – Service Schedule.
The Standing Offer Agreement does not oblige TOH to authorize or order any goods, services or to spend any monies whatsoever. A contractual obligation will come into force only if there is an authorized “Call-up” against the Standing Offer and only to the extent stipulated in the Call-up. Any approximate volumes indicated in the RFSO are for the purpose of financial analysis only.
