LAO is seeking a fresh approach to measuring employee engagement and employees’ experience of EDI that reflects the current workplace and culture. At LAO, engaged staff is one of the five strategic priorities which is brought to life through various mechanisms for engaging, communicating and encouraging feedback from staff at all levels and locations.
LAO is looking to establish a multi-year agreement with a Proponent to consistently measure employee engagement and conduct demographic inclusion surveys.

The successful Proponent will provide surveys to measure:
  • Employee engagement and the drivers or factors that influence levels of engagement.
  • Employee demographics and experience related to EDI in the workplace.
The successful Proponent will also develop recommendations for action plans to:
  • Improve employee engagement,
  • Improve EDI in the workplace
