To support the mandate of the Transformation Hub, FCC requires the services of an experienced and skilled Proponent (i.e. management consultant) to serve in the role of Head of Organizational and Cultural Transformation.  This individual will report directly to FCC’s new President and Chief Executive Officer and work closely with the Office of the CEO, the Executive Management Team (EMT), and the other members of the Transformation Hub, to help revitalize FCC's culture and review the organizational structure, develop a roadmap for its execution, and coordinate execution activities.
