FCC has an in-house design thinking / human centred design function. Currently our design thinking function is split into two (2) teams; one (1) working with delivery teams to provide design support at a tactical/feature level, and one (1) working with teams to provide support at a strategic level. 

Although focused on different areas of the business, these teams work closely together and are seeking a Proponent on record for thought partnership, to support employee development through training, and for surge capacity, ranging from owning projects independently or partnering directly with our in-house team to apply human centred design through research, workshops, synthesis and reporting.
