    As the CEBA program transitioned from collections build to ongoing operations EDC required the set up of maintenance support capabilities for the full CEBA Solution (80-90% of which is proprietary software) so that the CEBA program was prepared to provide maintenance support services as of the collections go live date.  This included building the maintenance support teams, transitioning the required knowledge from the build teams to the maintenance support teams, design and implementation of the service management governance, processes and solution required to track and report on incidents and service requests for the CEBA Solution and manage all technology capabilities.   In addition, onboard additional business and technical operations resources, tooling, including applicable licenses to support EDC in its servicing of loan holders as of the collections go live date.
