    This contract was awarded to:

    Accenture
    As the CEBA program transitioned from collections build, EDC required the ongoing services to continue to process repayments, service customers via the CEBA call centre and for the maintenance and support of the CEBA technology solution (80-90% proprietary) including now collections services in collaboration with the Canada Revenue Agency (“CRA”).   Key services include:
    1) Business Operations
    2)  Technical Services including Functional Requirements, Non-Functional Requirements
    3) Non-Proprietary Services including Call Center, Tier 1 Support, Business Operations Support.

    The contract contemplates 3 extension years for the system support and 4 years for the Non-proprietary systems.  Value of which is not reported here.
