The primary objectives are:
Address EDC’s requirements to manage the lifecycle of both physical, electronic information, and data maintained in other internal systems.
  • Provide a cloud solution that will integrate with and extend EDC’s records management capabilities in M365.
  • Provide an efficient and cost-effective, user friendly tool for functional specialists and other users.
  • Ensure migration services related to moving from existing systems to new solution.
  • Provide training, implementation, and support services.
  • Manage information in other systems like SharePoint, file shares, and other internal systems through integration services.
