In June 2023, BDC awarded a two-year contract to Actico Corp. for an EvalueServe Spreadsmart solution (OCR) through a single source negotiation (EXCPT0001653), covering the period from June 1, 2023 to May 31, 2025.
In May 2025, the contract was extended for an additional three years, through another single source negotiation (EXCPT0001800_CNTR0027733, effective from June 1, 2025 to May 31, 2028, with two additional one-year renewal options, the contract could potentially be extended until May 31, 2030. BDC intends to reassess the market in the coming years for the acquisition of similar goods.
