Indigenous Awareness Virtual Training

• Consultation and development of a three-year learning journey including documentation of key learning needs, identification of curriculum sequencing and measurement approach
• Design and delivery of a 2-hour foundational knowledge program/learning module provided via Shareable Content Object Reference Model (“SCORM”) file to FCC.
• Design and delivery of a learning module for year two and year three (each module to be between 1.5 hours and 2 hours) and both provided via Shareable Content Object Reference Model (“SCORM”) file to FCC.
• FCC’s preference is for the Indigenous Awareness SCORM file(s) content to be available in both English and French at time of submission of proposed solution for this Request for Proposals. However, FCC is willing to partner with the successful Proponent to ensure that content meets Official Language requirements.
• FCC’s preference is for Indigenous Awareness SCORM file(s) content to be compliant with accessibility standards. Describe any accessibility standards contemplated, or supports that exist, within the proposed solution.
