1. ABOUT THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT BANK OF CANADA

2. PURPOSE OF THIS NOTICE

In accordance with its obligations under Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement ("CFTA") and Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement ("CETA") between Canada and the European Union ("EU"), BDC is issuing a Notice of Award after having completed its selection process for the tender for the following services:
