1. ABOUT THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT BANK OF CANADA
Business Development Bank of Canada (“BDC”) is the bank for Canadian entrepreneurs. It provides access to financing, as well as advisory services to help Canadian businesses grow and succeed. In accordance with its obligations under Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement ("CFTA") and Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement ("CETA") between Canada and the European Union ("EU"), BDC is issuing a Notice of Award after having completed its selection process for the tender for the following products and/or services: Writing Services
