The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for the supply and delivery of twenty-seven (27) new training firearms kits to the Canadian Firearms Program in Winnipeg, Manitoba in accordance with the specifications detailed in the Request for Proposal. There will be an irrevocable option to purchase up to twenty-seven (27) additional training firearms kits within one (1) year after contract award. 
Required equipment/features:
•	Each kit must consist of the following five (5) non-functioning, non-restricted firearms, with working actions that allow the chambering of dummy ammunition, plus travel case:
o	One (1) Pump action shotgun 
o	One (1) Semi-automatic Shotgun
o	One (1) Break-open Shotgun
o	One (1) Lever action Rifle
o	One (1) Bolt Action Rifle
Delivery required: Within six weeks from the date of the contract.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
