Description of the Work The General Contractor shall supply, install, test and commission the equipment as outlined in the tender documents:  This project consists of the removal of the hydronic heating system and replacement of hydronic heaters with electric heaters.  This project also includes asbestos abatement work in areas affected by this project as outlined/specified in a Designated Substance Report prepared by Trow Associates Inc.  This project also includes foundation repairs/water proofing of the exterior wall of one Mechanical/Electrical room.
