AGAT Laboratories Ltd. 
AAFC requires the services of a Contractor to provide glyphosate and AMPA concentration level analysis in soil samples from six AAFC sites:  Lethbridge, Lacombe, Beaverlodge, Swift Current, Scott and Brandon.  This will aid in the field research study that will determine the potential bioaccumulation of glyphosate and its main metabolite (AMPA) in agricultural soils in western Canada. This new knowledge will be conveyed to the agricultural industry to better ensure the sustainable use of glyphosate in Canadian crop production systems.
