Photocopier Leases

To establish one (1) “as and when requested” contract with a single supplier to fulfill the Canada Revenue Agency’s (CRA’s) requirements to lease standalone single function photocopiers and related services (including end user training, maintenance services, relocation services, replenishment of imaging consumables (excluding paper), and non-volatile memory or storage removal (if applicable) associated with all leased devices under this contract. In the case of leased photocopiers containing removable non-volatile memory or storage the Contractor shall sell and the CRA shall purchase and retain ownership in all such removable non-volatile memory or storage under this contract.

The Contract will be for an initial two (2) year period commencing from date of Contract award with all lease terms co-terminus at the end of the two (2) year contract period. The Contract will include irrevocable options to the CRA to extend the period of the Contract for up to two (2) additional one (1) year option periods, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract, and in accordance with the Basis of Payment. If exercised and at CRA’s sole discretion, all leases including any new leases will be co-terminus at the end of the first (1) year option period. If exercised and at CRA’s sole discretion, all leases including any new leases for the second (1) year option period can be renewed or initiated for a specific number of months as determined by the Identified End User at the time of the renewal or initiation. The lease term will not exceed the last day of the end of the second (1) year option period.
