The Royal Canadian Mounted Police have a requirement for the complete demolition of the RCMP St John’s Airport Detachment located at Airport Service Road, St. John’s, Newfoundland. The work will include demolition and removal of all above and below grade structures and associated civil, landscape, mechanical and electrical existing within the property line. Work is further detailed in the Specification and Drawings for the project. INQUIRIES: All inquiries of a technical nature and all questions of a contractural nature are to be submitted to the Contracting Authority: Debbie Bungay, debbie.bungay@rcmp-grc.gc.ca, facsimile: (902) 426-7136. Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond. Inquiries made via telephone will not be responded to. The estimated cost of this procurement is $100,000.00- $500,000.00. Firms intending to submit tenders on this project should obtain tender documents through the Buy & Sell provider. Amendments, if issued, will be available from the Buy & Sell provider. Firms that elect to base their bids on tender documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk and will be solely responsible to inform the tender calling authority of their intention to bid. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with any suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either language of Canada. This requirement is subject to the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
