OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:  A site visit will take place on Wednesday October 16th, 2013 at 10:00 am.  Interested bidders are to meet at Ingonish Compound Lunch Room, 37486 Cabot Trail, Ingonish, Nova Scotia.
 
Schedule: the contractor must complete this project before December 30, 2013.
