Task based requirement: DIAND requires the services of two (2) Human Resources
Consultant and one (1) Business Consulting/Change Management Class for Organizational Development and Business Transformation Services for the Northern Contaminated Sites Program. This requirement will be from date of award to March 31, 2016, with an irrevocable option for two additional 12 months option period.

The Task and Solutions Based Professional Services (TSPS) Method of Supply is a result of a formal competitive process which was established as a result of extensive consultations with industry.
