Cloth, Wool, Superfine, Yellow

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for a firm quantity of 1000 meters of Cloth, Wool, Superfine, Yellow. 

This requirement also includes an optional quantity of up to a maximum of 500 meters of Cloth, Wool, Superfine, Yellow which may be exercised within 24 months of contract award. 

All quantities are to be delivered to Ottawa, Ontario. Firm quantities are requested to be delivered 45 days following approval of the pre-production sample.
 
This requirement is to be supplied in accordance with RCMP Specification G.S. 1045-278 dated 2013-10-02 and viewing sample.  Specification documents can be found attached to the RFP.

The RCMP Viewing Sample will only be available to bidders requested to submit a pre-award sample.

This requirement is subject to AIT but is exempt from NAFTA and WTO-AGP, FSC-84. 

The successful bidder will be determined based upon the lowest priced, technically compliant proposal.

The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
