The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for a firm quantity of 475 Formal Length Blue Skirts of various sizes. 

In addition, there is an “as and when requested” quantity of up to 25 specials (Formal Length Blue Skirts which are made-to-measure). These specials can be ordered within 24 months of contract award. 

All quantities are to be delivered to Ottawa, Ontario. Firm quantities are requested to be delivered 45 days following approval of the pre-production samples.
 
This requirement is to be supplied in accordance with RCMP Specification G.S. 1045-165 dated 2013-06-10, viewing sample and patterns.  Specification documents can be found attached to the RFP.

The RCMP Viewing Sample will only be available to bidders requested to submit a pre-award sample.

This requirement is subject to AIT but is exempt from NAFTA and WTO-AGP, FSC-84.

This requirement is conditionally limited to Canadian Goods. 

The successful bidder will be determined based upon the lowest priced, technically compliant proposal.

Government available material must be purchased for this requirement at the cost stated in the RFP document. 

The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
