TITLE Cartage Services for the Winnipeg Tax Centre of the Canada Revenue Agency DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT Provision of scheduled and unscheduled mail pick-up and delivery services for the Winnipeg Tax Centre of the Canada Revenue Agency SECURITY REQUIREMENTS All personnel must have reliability clearance prior to contract award. PERIOD OF CONTRACT The services will be required to be performed from date of Contract award to March 31, 2015 with four irrevocable options to extend the Contract period. Each option is for an additional period of one year. EVALUATION PROCEDURES The evaluation of proposals will be performed in three stages as follows: Stage 1 – Mandatory Requirements Stage 2 – Financial Proposals Stage 3 – Other Pre-Award Conditions MANDATORY CRITERIA The Bidder must meet all mandatory criteria applicable to this solicitation. Bids not meeting all mandatory criteria will be given no further consideration. POINT RATED CRITERIA Point-rated criteria do not apply to this requirement. CONTRACTOR SELECTION METHODOLOGY The CRA will award one (1) Contract based on the selection methodology of Lowest Priced Responsive Proposal.
