The Contractor will provide the professional services of four (4) resources for commercial cleaning services to the Chancery of the Embassy of Canada in Ankara during working hours.  The Contractor will also provide part-time gardening services for a minimum of 104 days a year.  
The period of the Contract is from date of award for a period of twenty-four (24) months. The contract award date is tentatively set for March 3, 2014.  However, in the event of unusual circumstances, the contract could be awarded at a sooner or later date.
	
The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to two (2) additional periods of one year each under the same conditions.
