The requirement is subject to the provisions of, the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT), the Canadian-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), Canada-Colombia Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA), the Canada Panama Free Trade Agreement and the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-APG).

This requirement is for the department of: Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat

On a full-time basis, the Contractor must provide a minimum of fifteen (15) personnel to provide Mail and Messenger Services to the Department of Finance Canada, the Treasury Board Secretariat and the Office of the Commissioner of Lobbying of Canada in L'Esplanade Laurier and 90 Elgin Complexes and to/from other locations within the National Capital Region

It is important to note that Finance Canada is scheduled to move from L’Esplanade Laurier during the summer of 2014, followed by Treasury Board between the fall of 2014 and the beginning of 2015. Additional personnel may be required during the transition periods.  

Contract period: It is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract from April 1, 2014 to March 31, 2015 inclusive with three (3,) four (4) month option periods.
