Regina B Block Re-Development

The project consists of but is not limited to renovating approximately 1700 m² of floor space on two (2) floors, installation of fire sprinkler system, miscellaneous upgrades throughout the entire building, and associated exterior work. The project site is located in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada.  .

Work to be completed within eleven (11) months after contract award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following category:  Above $5,000,000.00 CAD.

SITE VISIT: There is an Optional Site Visit scheduled for one (1) week following the ITT posting via Government Electronic Tendering Systems (GETS).  See ITT for specific details.

Pursuant to GC6 of the General Conditions, the resulting contract will include the provisions for changes in the work at the request of the Engineer.
