Request For Proposal (RFP) documents will be e-mailed directly from the DND Point Of Contact (DND POC) to the Qualified Supply Arrangement Holders who are being invited to bid on this requirement. Location of work to be performed: Region(s): National Capital Region (NCR) Specific Location(s): 455 de la Carrière, Gatineau, Qc Security Requirement: SECRET Inquiries: Inquiries regarding this RFP requirement must be submitted to the DND POC: The Junior Project Manager (JPM) will be performing project management services in support of R&CS 2, the North Warning System transportation section. The JPM will be providing direct support services through the coordination of transportation activities, including coordination with multi-client projects, coordinating bi-weekly invoices, and conducting on-site operational reviews to process southbound material. The resource must also be responsible for contracting aspects such as reviewing and updating statements of work, initiating contract modifications, and ensuring that project management activities relating to finances, data entry, and planning are completed. Due to the size and complexity of the NWS initiative, additional services are required. This requirement will be from date of award to 31 March 2016, with an irrevocable option for two (2) additional one (1) year option periods.
