Police Patch, Reflective Large and Small

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for a firm quantity of 200 packages Police Patch, Reflective, Large (50 patches/package) and 600 packages Police Patch, Reflective, Small (50 patches/package), please see “Annex A- Requirement and Basis of Payment” for further details.

All quantities are to be delivered to Ottawa, Ontario. The firm quantities are requested to be delivered 45 calendar days following the approval of the pre-production sample.
An RCMP viewing sample will only be available to bidders requested to submit a pre-award sample. 
The requirement is to be supplied in accordance with RCMP Purchase Description PD-PE-93 dated 2013-12-19 and viewing sample. This can be found attached to the RFP.

The successful bidder will be determined based upon the lowest priced, technically compliant proposal. 

This requirement is conditionally limited to Canadian goods.

This requirement is subject to AIT.
The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
