Site Grading

Sealed tenders will be received by the A/Materiel Manager, Western Service Centre, AAFC until 2:00 p.m., local Regina time, Thursday May 8, 2014 for the Agriculture and Agri Food Canada Beaverlodge Research Station, Beaverlodge, Alberta, Contract No. 5 – Site Grading.  The work generally consists grading of an area of 30m x 55m including installation of a new access road (12m in length) at the Beaverlodge Research Farm, Alberta.

The tender package may be viewed at:

1) The offices of the local Builders' Exchange or Construction Associations in Red Deer, Grand Prairie and ConData in Winnipeg; and

2) The Beaverlodge Research Station Office, Box 29, Research Road, Beaverlodge, Alberta (contact: Mary-Ann Oliver, 780-354-5123).

Tender packages for bidding are available from:  A/Materiel Manager, 300 – 2010 12th Avenue, REGINA, Saskatchewan S4P 0M3, Ph. (306) 523-6600.  Tenders will not be considered unless submitted on the forms supplied by AAFC.  Bidders are advised to draw the bidding documents from the A/Materiel Manager to ensure receipt of future addenda which may affect the bid.
