Major Rehabilitation of Section 1 of Road 132 in Forillon National Park

GENERAL WORK DESCRIPTION:

This project involves Site Organization, Preparatory Works, Road Works, Traffic Maintenance, la Crête Parking, Culvert Rehabilitation, Rehabilitation and Raising of Front and Wing Walls, Base of Wall Rehabilitation and Raising of Front and Wing Walls, Culvert Rehabilitation, Culvert Replacement.

OPTIONAL CONFERENCE CALL:

A bidders' conference will be held on Monday May 12th, 2014. The conference call will begin at 10:00 (EDT). The scope of the requirement outlined in the bid solicitation will be reviewed during the conference call and questions will be answered. It is recommended that bidders who intend to submit a bid attend the conference call.

Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting Authority before the conference call to confirm attendance. Bidders should provide, in writing, to the Contracting Authority, the names of the person(s) who will be attending the conference call and a list of issues they wish to table at least 2 working days before the scheduled conference call.

Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the bidders' conference call will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation. Bidders who do not attend will not be precluded from submitting a bid.
