The term requested is 36 months, with an option to extend for two (2) additional one (1) year periods, and/or to buy at the end of the lease. The supplier will be responsible to deliver and set up the trailer. Any site preparation or hook ups will be done by the RCMP. There is a security requirement associated with this requirement. The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
