For the supply and delivery of three (3) New 2014 (or most current model) Standard Snowmobiles (Extreme Cold Climate) for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), for delivery to the Port of Valleyfield NEAS Sealift in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, Québec. Delivery Incoterms 2000 "DDP Delivered Duty Paid" Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, Québec to the Nunavut Eastern Arctic Shipping Inc. (NEAS) Sealift. Supplier is required to arrange for off-loading at delivery location at no extra cost. Crating included and supplied as per shipping company Sealift specifications and requirements. The final destination shipping from the NEAS Sealift to Coral Harbor, Grise Fiord, and Igloolik, Nunavut will be arranged by; and at the expense of, the RCMP. RCMP is looking to establish one contract for Standard Snowmobiles, as defined in Annex A, Requirement. Requirements are in accordance with the Requirement - Minimum Performance Specifications at Annex A, the Minimum Performance Specifications and Technical Evaluation at Annex C, and the Inuit Opportunities Consideration in Annex D which are detailed in the Request For Proposal documents. SECURITY: There is a no security requirement associated with the requirement. EVALUATION PROCEDURES: Bids will be assessed in accordance with the entire requirement of the bid solicitation. An evaluation team composed of representatives of Canada will evaluate the bids. BASIS OF SELECTION: A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract. DEBRIEFINGS After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person. THIS PROCUREMENT IS SUBJECT TO THE NUNAVUT LAND CLAIM AGREEMENT Mandatory Delivery Date: June 13th, 2014. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
