The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires a consultant to perform building emergency organization (BEO) training in the National Capital Region. The period of contract will be from date of contract award for a one year period. The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to four (4) additional one (1) year period(s) under the same conditions. The Contractor agrees that, during the extended period of the Contract, it will be paid in accordance with the applicable provisions as set out in the Basis of Payment. This requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT), the Canadian-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA) and the Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement (CCOFTA). Bidders must meet the following Mandatory Criteria in order to be considered to be compliant: Mandatory Criteria M1 The proposed resource must have a minimum of fifteen (15) years of demonstrated experience providing Fire Safety and Emergency Planning and Response training. M2 The proposed resource must have participated as a lead role on three (3) projects within the past five (5) years in developing and conducting fire safety and Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) related training. Provide the following information: Name of organization Client name and telephone number Key responsibilities and ‘from-to” dates by month and year. M3 The proposed resource must be certified in the following: 1) Emergency Planning 2) Fire Safety 3) CBRN 4) Hazardous Materials Copies of valid certificates to be provided at time of bid submission.
