Notice of Proposed Procurement

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police has a requirement for the supply, delivery, installation and training for  a Floor Standing Single Head Paper / Polymer Counting Machine.

This requirement is subject to the following Trade Agreements:

•	Agreement of Internal Trade – AIT 
•	North American Free Trade – NAFT

The Responsive Bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract. 

There is a security requirement associated with this requirement.  

The Crown is asking for a delivery date on or before December 1, 2014. Delivery to be made to The Royal Canadian Mounted Police in Ottawa, Ontario.  

One contract will be awarded as a result of this solicitation. 

The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
