Sam Browne, Officer's

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for a firm quantity of one hundred and fifty-five (155) Sam Browne, Officer’s Belts and three hundred (300) Sam Brown, Officer’s X-Straps. 

In addition, there is an “as and when requested” quantity of up to ten (10) made-to-measure Sam Browne, Officer’s Belts (Specials) and an “as and when requested” quantity of up to ten (10) made-to-measure Sam Brown, Officer’s X-Straps (Specials). Specials can be ordered within 36 months of contract award.

There is also an “as and when requested” quantity of up to thirty (30) Sam Browne, Officer’s Belts (Flexible Stock) and an “as and when requested” quantity of up to one hundred and fifty (150) Sam Brown, Officer’s X-Straps (Flexible Stock), which can be ordered within 36 months of contract award.

Also, there are 2 optional quantities for up to a maximum of 50 Sam Brown, Officer's Belts each. The first option can be exercised within 12 months of contract award and the second option can be exercised within 24 months of contract award.

All quantities are to be delivered to Ottawa, Ontario. Firm quantities are requested to be delivered 45 days following approval of the pre-production samples.
 
This requirement is to be supplied in accordance with RCMP Specification G.S. 1045-145 dated 2014-04-08 and viewing samples. Specification documents can be found attached to the RFP.

The RCMP Viewing Sample will only be available to bidders requested to submit a pre-award sample.

This requirement is subject to AIT but is exempt from NAFTA and WTO-AGP, FSC-84.

This requirement is conditionally limited to Canadian Goods. 

The successful bidder will be determined based upon the lowest priced, technically compliant proposal.

The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
