Printing of Poll Book and Advance Poll Book

DESCRIPTION OF DELIVERABLE:	Bilingual tumbled book (English on one side and French on other side) with clear plastic sleeve in the middle for insertion of booklet

PRODUCTION:	-  38 pages of English text printed in 4 color process throughout
-  38 pages of French text printed in 4 color process throughout
- cover printed in black plus 1 PMS on two sides 
- 1 clear plastic sleeve, 4mil with opening to insert the Book of Oath (EC 50061), printed with self-cover 

The printer will be required to provide the clear plastic sleeve, to print both books and to insert Book of Oath into plastic sleeve according to instructions. 

INITIAL QUANTITY: 120,000 - assembled with book of oath inserted in plastic pouch
