Task and Solutions Professional Services (TSPS) Requirement

This requirement is for the Department of National Defence.

This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZN-13TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 ($0-$2M) for Human Resources Services Stream.

This requirement is open only to those invited TSPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under the stream for: Organizational Design and Classification Consultant.

Description of the requirement:
The Department of National Defence requires a team of one (1) Senior Organizational Design and Classification Consultant, and two (2) Intermediate Organizational Design and Classification Consultants to develop the Director level Work Description as well as those of the subordinate positions and to provide advice as to the optimal organizational design to achieve the objectives.

Security Requirement:
There is no security requirement applicable to this Contract.

Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from contract award to 31 March 2015.
