Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid

Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Compliant Bid

Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No

Nature of Requirements: Winterized Utility Vehicles

Supply, deliver, off load and provide after sales servicing for one (1) Winterized Utility with forklift attachment Vehicles to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Academy, Depot Division in Regina, Saskatchewan, in accordance with the specifications detailed in the Request for Proposal.
Delivery Date: Winterized Utility Vehicles are requested to be delivered within six (6) weeks from award of contract.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
