Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: This procurement is not subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement. Security Requirements: This contract includes security requirements. Nature of Requirements: The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement. The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement to provide a viable and balanced signal for CATV/MATV service throughout the Regional Psychiatric Centre to 210 CATV outlets. Objectives: Provide viable, balanced 0 dB signal for CATV/MATV service to each of the existing 210 outlets in the Regional Psychiatric Centre. Expected results: A list of channels selected will be reviewed annually with the option to switch to equivalent channels. Performance standards: Respond to reports of cable outages within 12 hours and have it repaired in a reasonable amount of time. Deliverables: Stations to be provided must include a minimum choice of sixty channels. Included in the sixty channels must be a basic channel package provided, plus a minimum of two movie channels and eight premium channels. Expected Delivery Date: Date of award for five years plus two one year option periods.
