Work will be based out of ‘D’ Division, Winnipeg, MB, with periodic travel throughout Manitoba. Inquiries regarding this ITT requirement are to be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority listed below: Sylvia Hicks Telephone No.: 780-670-8634 Email: sylvia.hicks@rcmp-grc.gc.ca NATURE OF REQUIREMENT: The RCMP, D Division, Winnipeg, MB, requires the services of one (1) qualified PhD Psychologist to provide Psychological Fitness Assessments, Consultation and related Clinical Psychology Support Services in the context of policing operations. The work will be based out of ‘D’ Division Winnipeg, MB, with periodic travel throughout Manitoba. Requirements are in accordance with the Statement of Work detailed in the Invitation to Tender Document in Annex A. The initial requirement is for a 24 month period with three (3) additional twelve (12) month option periods. EVALUATION PROCEDURES Bids will be assessed in accordance with the entire requirement of the bid solicitation. An evaluation team composed of representatives of Canada will evaluate the bids. BASIS OF SELECTION A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the highest combined rating of technical merit (60%) and price (40%) will be recommended for contract award. DEBRIEFINGS After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
